Anybody got any? I saw the recipe in McPeake's book, "Rib Stars" and it looks terrible. Canned enchilada sauce and Ro-Tel??? And basil. Basil doesn't belong in chili does it? Anybody have any pointers to awesome chili recipes? Ken
