I have 3-22 WSM’s. I use them for all of my cooks. I have not used my 18 in at least 5 yrs. Took me an Hour to clean it up to be usable. Pork Butts were on Sale for 85 cents/lb. I made up an Injection & Homemade Pork Rub & Fired up the 18 to cook the 1 Pork Butt
Today is Ginger’s Birthday & for Tradition the Last 9 yrs She has ordered Prime Steak!!
Bought her a New York Strip & a Sirloin
Asked her which one She wanted & She said Both!! I got a Baked Potato
Haven’t made Ribs in a while so Cooked 3 Racks of St Louis Style Spare Ribs
I guess they Smelled good because 3 different neighbors came over & asked if I’d sell them a Rack. Sold all 3 Racks & I didn’t get to eat 1 Rib!! Lol
Ladies requested Brisket & Pulled Pork. Smoked a 20lb Prime Brisket & a 16lb Prime Brisket on the WSM 22. Smoked 2-8lb Pork Butts on the 18. Used Hickory for the Briskets & Apple for the Pork Butts
I have about 60 Chicken Breasts to Cook for my Dogs!! I’m celebrating my 70th Birthday with a 3 week Trip to Jamaica, Cayman Islands, Cozumel, Aruba, Bonaire, & Curaçao!! Want to make sure my Dogs eat good while I’m gone!!
