Tried almost everywhere in Ft. Myers, could only get a flat. Salt and pepper rub. A quick peak before the butcher paper wrap. Final! Tasted delicious! Everyone loved it. I thought it could have used more bark. This was my first time using water in the pan, I'll chalk it up to that.
