Hi Robert - looks great, it's fun to experiment, always seem to learn something. In our butcher shop we carry a brown paper bag (doubled) its called a 40/40 duplex paper bag - wonder if that might work for wrapping? Anyways, looks great, plated shot looks very nice!!

I agree with the other posters who suggest you save up for a new Spirit, or used grill. I have the q200 we use at our RV during the summer, it does great for simple cooks, but you are pretty limited by only having the one burner. If it was my main grill at home, I would save up for a decent...

Wife and I have an RV on a seasonal site, bought one of these to leave at campground. Should fit nicely underneath the trailer when we aren't using it. Can't wait to get up there and try it! The last few years I had an older OTG I left there, but to store it under the trailer had to disassemble...
