The knobs are a generic replacement set. Same stem dimensions as the Weber’s from that era.

I 2nd grill parts.com You will pay more. The parts are Weber or vetted aftermarket with no fit or finish issues. I buy long crossover tubes and cut them down if needed. The diameter is the same on Weber Summit and Genesis gas grill models

My guess is an aftermarket burner that goes on the left side of the main grill
