    Welcome to the Forum Chris. I see you grabbed my pics of the updated coupling nut I used to update my Platinum II. If the stock regulator and hose assembly is fine I just replace the coupling nut. I updated several over the years without a problem.

    Eric, I searched for some time for a genuine Weber Cast Iron Griddle # 7542/7598 before I found mine as I did not want a porcelain finished aftermarket one but they are getting harder to find these days. This one appears nice for $60 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09992G864/?tag=tvwb-20 Jeff
