    Weird Coffee maker "issue"

My Cuisinart 14 cup I got from Costco few years ago still does a good cup, and price was right at the time. I never like Keurigs brews as I only had them out of predone cups. Wife got a unit cheap at thrift shop along with a reusable pod so I don't have that waste. When I tamp the coffee down...

    Nobody Using Q Grills?

I kept the regulator on and use a hose on my little Q100, works fine but just turn it on slow as Bruce advised. I can see the advantage of having a smaller 5 though.

    Picking up Saturday!

    TVWBB Upper Midwest "Mini-Meet"

Sounds like a great time! And Bruce' technique on dying gets me thinking again about doing it, although painting sounds less intimidating. Larry, how did you decide on using the Big Z vs Members Mark?

Stainless side tables for Weber Qs

looks like it could be much stronger than the originals, but wonder how it will hold up being secured to the frame? See they also have them for the 320/3200 series.

    Blue Heads

Josh, when you return to Az let me know-we're probably only a few miles apart!

    Blue Heads

Thats ironic for me-I originally got into this hobby with a 98 blue top ss, so I had to have a matching A hood. Now I wish I still had the green hood that I swapped out the blue one for.

    New Jumbo Joe grate recommendation

I had bought brand new CI grates for my project Q320 as the originals were rusted through. Seasoned them up properly and am aware that there is some regular maintenance required on them regularly. Great for high heat searing and such-but after cleaning the Q up and re-seasoning, I brought out my...

    Igniter for Silver B

Agree with all the above. I took @Bruce advise and converted my Q 320 to piezo with an aftermarket starter and it works perfectly! As Larry said, probably all made in same Chinese factory.

New grilling tool for my Birthday!

Tim, you'll have to let us knwo how you like it. I've put off getting one-using firebrick method instead-and have watched a good reviews of Flame Tech Smoke and Sizzle by Tom Horsman. < $60 using his discount is interesting.

    WNBA is getting exciting

Like Larry and Magic all over again, interest wise. Actually worth watching WNBA now, far prefer to NBA foul ball. I like college ball tournament time, much more exciting to me. Andy, did you perhaps mean $80/ticket?

    RIP: Rich Dahl

Horrible news indeed. Rich was instrumental in helping me with my first rehab in 2017 while I was still in Ma, and always encouraged me to visit him when I moved out to Az. He gave me guidance in my 2 recent Q rehabs , and we had numerous chats over the years. Indeed a sad loss to this forum...

    My BBQ Arsenal Addition

I use a few layers on foil inside a new pan-basically extends its life and prevents grease burn through of the pan. Clean up when removing pan is cleaner too.

    Q200 igniter/piezo

I did the same as Bruce on my Q320 rehab, and the piezo works great! No batteries to worry about any more, simple is better.

    Fridge getting old.......REALLY old

Have a WP side by side that was here when we moved, been great so far and good ice. Repair guy for old stove said those models hold up better than the bottom freezers, and ice maker inside more reliable than in the door. I don't keep up with ratings other than recalling problems with Samsung and...

    Modified Q1000?

I've thought about adding one to my 100 for just that reason, and those Tel Tru's are easier to read as well. Glad I found and restored my 320 as it has amazing grilling room. I'm thinking Ed's positioning of his rather than more on top.

    SmokeFire Restore

What a shame. Thats why I don't trust the electronics in those things.
