to most ppl. I just wore my flip flops still. ok, lets set the scene. it's around 6:30 or so. it's a cold wet Saturday morning up at the cabin. very cold for this old cali guy. my phone says it 38° outside. burrrrrr.......(take off flip flops you idiot and put on your warm fuzzy...

I only had the grill on for less than 5 minutes before I put the steak on. and I also had it to low. if on high would be no problem for a good sear.
