    Enchiladas Verdes

Dang! I can't handle that level of heat, but I love the tutorial. I need a modified version for my non-mexican tongue. I'm gonna pass this to Melinda, and see what she thinks. Thanks.

    Thank you Tony and Maribel

Generosity is often the truest way to judge a person. Do they reach out unexpectedly with their time and resources to make someones day better? I think we all see where Tony and Maribel fall.

Cold Oil Fries and Birds in the wind

I've been frying a good bit these days. Thanks for introducing something new. I'm not really a bird person, but those cardinals are gorgeous!

Leg of Lamb - Greek Inspired

Thanks to everyone for encouraging words. This was a fun and different cook for me and our usual fare. Ben is 2. He's got about a 2 minute attention span, but it's good enough to sprinkle some seasoning or "cut" something for me. I love when he helps. Thanks Brian. Skewering it was my biggest...

Super Bowl Burgers with Sriracha Onion Rings

Everything looks on point, Barb! Those onion rings look excellent! You said there's a "homemade starter". What does that mean? I use flour, baking powder, salt, and beer.

    Chicken & Artichokes

$11.50 and probably 2 hours of total work... you came out WAY on top! That looks "simple" and delicious, and I mean that as the most sincere compliment.

    Deboned Turkey Roll

Len, I know what you mean, but after I saw this video I had to give it a go. My wife also found turkey around Thanksgiving for .69 cents/lb so she bought 2 big ones. She got me one just for this experiment! Thanks to everyone for the encouraging words. I've missed sharing on here.

    Deboned Turkey Roll

If you aren't following Scott Rea, you're missing out on some brilliant knife-work, prep, and butchery. https://www.youtube.com/user/TheScottReaproject I deboned a 16lb turkey by following his video, and rolled it into multiple stuffed "roasts". Tied off using his butcher knot. It's not pretty...

Leg of Lamb - Greek Inspired

Robert, That food looks great.... But you said you MADE the basket? Making your own tools is a whole new ballgame sir and my hat is off to you

    My Wife's Birthday Dinner

Cliff, I am always blown away when I see lobster tail done on the grill. It seems like just 30 seconds between perfectly cooked and tough seafood/cinged edges. Maybe I'm wrong, but yours looks perfect. You make it look easy.
