Haven’t made Ribs in a while so Cooked 3 Racks of St Louis Style Spare Ribs I guess they Smelled good because 3 different neighbors came over & asked if I’d sell them a Rack. Sold all 3 Racks & I didn’t get to eat 1 Rib!! Lol

Smoked Salmon w/Apple Wood. Cooked indirect till 135. Applied a Maple Bourbon Glaze for 10 more mins to 145 Best I ever made!!

I did not have to add charcoal. It was done in 8 hrs. Lot of the wood hadn’t burned yet plus I wrapped it at 170 8 hrs at 275. I like stepping out of my comfort zone & trying something new. For me the WSM is still the way to go

Thought I’d try something new & cooked a Brisket on the Weber Kettle. Turned out surprisingly good

Yukon Gold Potatoes Celery, Onion, 4 Hard Boiled Eggs Sauce- 2 Cups of Mayo 2 Tbsp of Mustard 1 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar 1/2 tsp of Paprika 1 tsp of Celery Seed 1 cup of Sweet Relish Mix it all together

3 Meat Combo Pulled Pork Ribs Jalapeño Sausage Cole Slaw Potato Salad BBQ Beans
