More ?'s. My stoker has the new probes with lights. I know the blue light comes on when the fan is running but what activates the pit temp probe and meat probe lights to activate? Are the lights supposed to be on all the time? Thanks again

Got it directly hooked up to laptop through cable for now and it was communicating correctly. Now I'm having a couple of problems. 1) About every other time I hook up the temp probes to stoker they will read at like 33 deg. I turn off stoker and turn back on and then they are ok. 2) under...

Got mine in today--I order two months ago. Called in a couple of times and got the same reply about waiting on parts. He's very nice when you talk to him or his wife Deborah. As long as it works as promised I guess its worth the wait.

On the grommets for the stoker or guru to run wires through are they all metal or are they lined with silicone or something else. thanks
