    That's awesome! Thanks. One solution to those who don't like having a dongle connector is to do a panel mount enclosure and just add a 3-pin, RJ11 or RJ45.

    So done with RTD Probes (like the Maverick), wanna move to Thermocouples - anyone?

    I would suggest looking into the circuitry needed to interface a thermocouple with the heatermeter and then build an add-on box or talk to Bryan about getting the circuitry included in an upcoming rev of the pcb.
