    2008 Spirit e-310 - parts help

Better late than never but under the control panel is a few numbers and if you call Weber Customer Service, give them those numbers, they can tell everything you need to know about your grill... even when it left the factory. Hope this is helpful.

    Genesis 1000 burner issue

Hey Wayne glad to hear Weber took care of your burner problem, they have come through for me several times in the past. Just a thought from a problem they helped me correct a few years ago. When I took the manifold off the grill they told me to insert a coat hanger into each burner tube and...

    Built-in/Summit advice

Welcome Mike, I'm pretty new here myself and have been having a great time learning about my WSM. As for the built-in I have a Weber 450 built into an island/counter and love it!! The grill is about 8 or 9 years old and I rebuilt all the burners, flavorizer bars, and igniters last summer - not...

    Now I own 2 Q 2x0s!

I purchased a Q200 from Craigslist about a year ago - I love it and you are right - KILLER grill marks. I purchased a temp gauge from Weber and added to the lid. I liked the taller lid of the 220 but this was the cheeper option. I drilled a hole in the lid, added the gauge, took about 5 minutes.

    Weber Platinum II

I would restore it...the big frame, large side table, big side burner. IT's A KEEPER!! Take an SOS pad to the porcelain lid and frame, paint the cook box and that's one fine grill! They - Weber - don't make em' like that anyomore!!

    Natural gas vs. propane

I did a kitchen remodel a few years ago and kick myself for not extending the gas line outside while I had the "pipefitter" here. My gasser is propane but I don't know of any problems associated with changing to nat.gas other than the cost for a new manifold for the grill. I know some with...

    Stainless Steel Cleaner?

I'm another that has used the Bar Keepers and it worked great on all the Weber stainless steel I've tried to clean up. I agree with going with the "grain" of the stainless.

    New Model?

I can't find the photos but I think they were in one of the threads with "family photos". I'll keep looking. It is a great idea that I'm sure the engineers at Weber would prefer we not try. If I have to I'll go get the grill, put my WSM on it, and take a photo. Again, I wouldn't have sold it...

2 Chickens at once on Rotisserie

I have a rotisserie for my charcoal 22.5 and called Weber back around Thanksgiving and asked about the weight capacity for the rotisserrie. They said it will hold 20 lbs, I was looking at using it for a turkey. I know that is not what you asked about but I thought I would pass along the...

    New 26 OTG

I have purchased the little black handles for the lid vent, they are handy for making adjustments without getting burned. I checked my stock and don't have any new 8" wheels but will trade you 4 used old style - white wall Weber 8" wheels if you really want to get rid of the new style. I have 2...

    Weber toys I made

Yes, it is a lid holder and it came from Weber, I believe it is called a Slide-Aside. All of the project was made with Weber parts except for two pieces of angle iron and 2 pieces of all-thread used to hold the frame together. The all-thread goes through the bottom shelf... which is a door from...

    Weber toys I made

I got the idea for the light from Weber's Schaumburg restaurant a few years ago while attending one of their cooking classes. My wife and I made the trip from Cincinnati to Chicago to attend the class. Believe me, that trip cost me some time waiting in the mall while she shopped. Just an FYI...

    New Model?

The photos where somewhere on the TVWBB, the 18.5 base with the WSM on top. It looked a little tall but still a great idea. I will look for the photos.

    New Model?

I purchased the floor model - last one they had at a Costco a few years ago. Paid $100 and I used it for a couple of years and sold it to a neighbor. I still visit the grill. Great size, the worktable, and perfect for when the 22.5 wasn't needed. I would not have sold it if I had seen the photos...

    Weber toys I made

I was asked to post the photo of a Smokey Joe lamp I made. The lamp is hanging from the ceiling of my garage, like a ceiling fan. I also included a couple photos of a grill I built. It is a 22 1/2" charcoal grill built into the frame of a Summit gas grill.
