those look really good, i still make them but i had to change a few things because of my heart i now use fat free cream cheese i put 1 little smokie cut in half into each one with a little shredded cheddar cheese cuts down the fat a little bit Lol they really are tasty.

Those ribs look tasty GOOD nice job! i never would have thought of trying peach preserve i too don't really care for sweet ribs but this recipe sounds interesting has anyone tried pineapple preserve? pineapple and pork go well together just throwing it out there.
