I would probably chunk it up instead of an all out shred/pull. Then maybe serve it on a pita or flatbread with some cukes, lettuce, tomatoes, and a drizzle of tzatziki.

    Nice Easy Sunday

I think we're spoiled in NJ (and the northeast) to have fresh Portuguese rolls like this. (I can't find a better bread for sausage and peppers). Either the way that Bill sliced them or sometimes I'll cut them down the middle the long way and have a 2 "buns" out of each roll. I gut out some of...

    Last Night's Dinner.

There was a lawn in that pic? I didn't notice it with the 3 great skewers! I dig what you did with the monkfish. This also reminds me that its tailgating season, time to bring my smokey Joe out to Giants stadium or the horse track at Monmouth Park.

I made chicken... It was a step above....

Delaware's finest, rubbed with seasoning salt and Cajun's Choice... On the grill for a long round... Getting there... SAWZED... Sawze set.... And one of many plates... Perfect bite through skin. Spices came through even with the sweet sticky SBR.
