    need help.... weber e310

Huh. I assumed I purchased a 2011 because I bought it in March of this year (via the internet from a NY dealer) and was told by Weber that there were no red 2012's. But last night double checked and there's no heat shield on mine. Maybe I got a 2010? Maybe they made some changes mid model...

Hey Rich, I checked out your pictures via your link. Are you sure you have a 2012 Genesis EP330? I ask because I too have a brick red EP 330 and I was told by Weber that the Red was discontinued for 2012. My wife insited that if we spend the$ on a weber that it be her favorite color: red...

    need help.... weber e310

Hey Nick did you ever figure this out? LAst night I was grilling on the weber and looked down and yes, there is a gap betweent he top of the front knob panel and the actual fire box. The front knob panel should sit flush against the side units. Everything should look square and tight.

Everything should be nice and flush. It's been a few months since I put my 330 togethor and I remember I had a problem with the front panel (where the control knobs are mounted) and how it fit against the fire box. I can't remember exactly what I did wrong, but reread the instructions...

    keeping new EP-330 looking new

I've used Grease Lightening on my EP330. I too had some staining on the side of the lower firebox. most of it came off with a scrungee sponge and some Grease Lightening, but not all. but hell...it's a grill. I've only used Windex on the red enameled steel and stainless.

    Finaly ordered my E-330!!!!

I love my 330. Everytime I use it I am impressed. Last night I fired it up, got busy with something and came back to check the grill after 10 minutes...the temperature was well over 700. Unbelivable! Our old charbroil never came close to that. Hell, our oven can't come close to that! The...

Thanks for help...Proud new owner of a Gensis EP-330

That does it! Myy wife just burnt the top of her hand turning off the propane at the tank. I'm not using the tank guage/bracket anymore. It's design flaw. Despite how great this grill cooks, I am dissapiointed in the obvious - and dangerous design flaw.

Thanks for help...Proud new owner of a Gensis EP-330

HI Aron, Congrats on the EP330. My wife and I just dumped our Charbroil (Lifetime warrenty on the burners, but the rest of the grill rusted out around it) for an EP330 as well. We got a great deal out of an on-line appliance store in NY and were able to get the EP 330 in the now...
