    That's exactly what we did this year Brian. Yours looks terrific. One of the best things about turkey is the leftovers. A breast like that will give us 3 or 4 more meals.

    Tri-Tip in December - Cattleman's Rub

    That char doesn't look too severe to me. Looks great. I use a lot of Cattlemen's rub and the Tri Tip is my favorite.

    Our Safeway will order just about anything you want. Usually takes a couple of days. Maybe that's just a local policy. I don't know but it might be worth a try. Our Winco ( they might just be west coast) carries them year round.

    My two other loves that I enjoyed for many years were skydiving and pigeon racing. I've tried a couple of others recently that have spun off from this forum, but I pretty much suck at both. :confused:
