Chef Select is a '100% hardwood natural briquette', like Stubbs. Standard Royal Oak briquettes are similar to KBB with limestone, coal, nitrates

    Weber coffee roaster

Yup, I'm only using 2 of the 3 burners, and I can get it up to 450 degrees F. First crack happens in about 10 minutes with 1/2 pound. I want to try hooking it up to a drill in order to reach 60 RPM, instead of the 2.5 RPM of the weber motor. I'm the one who asked the question, and ended up...

I'm using the Ivation "Extended Range" 738 and had a 733 previously. The Ivation is functionally a 733. The only difference is that the light button on the Ivation is not labeled "Mode". Luckily, I knew what to do because of my previous experience with a 733. Oh, and the Ivation does not...

    Rotisserie for genesis

The groove on the Genesis is pretty small. I was emailing OneGrill, and their smallest 5/16" square pit with a bushing would not work. You have to get a spit rounded at the right spots.

    Rotisserie for genesis

Not sure if the spit from the old kit will work with a current Genesis. It has to be round in two spots in order to spin in the Genesis rotisserie grooves. Make sure it can spin first before looking for mounting hardware The only way to get a correctly machined spit is from the Weber 7519...

    Stubb's Briquettes Clearance...

Found a store 'near-by' that had the $4.49 clearance price. I placed an order for 11 15-pound bags plus some 69 cent filler in order to use a $10 off $50 purchase coupon, bringing the total to $40.07. With the coupon, I'm paying 24 cents/pound. I placed 2 orders, so I have to figure out a way...

Rotisserie for Performer different from Standard 22?

Do you still have the box for your roti? Rotis made after 2011 are notched for the performer and says it works with the performer on the box.

    Weber coffee roaster

Is this basket an exact fit with the kettle rotisserie spit, 5/16"? Would it fit on a slightly larger 3/8" spit? I'm asking because I'd like to use it on my Genesis E310, and 3rd party spits are 3/8"
