Ladies requested Brisket & Pulled Pork. Smoked a 20lb Prime Brisket & a 16lb Prime Brisket on the WSM 22. Smoked 2-8lb Pork Butts on the 18. Used Hickory for the Briskets & Apple for the Pork Butts

Currently in Aruba & the BBQ is “Gawd Awful” Can’t wait to get Home & Fire up the WSM!!

I have about 60 Chicken Breasts to Cook for my Dogs!! I’m celebrating my 70th Birthday with a 3 week Trip to Jamaica, Cayman Islands, Cozumel, Aruba, Bonaire, & Curaçao!! Want to make sure my Dogs eat good while I’m gone!!

1 Cup of Karo 1Cup of Brown Sugar Cream the 2 together Mix in 3 beaten Eggs 5 1/3 Tbsps of Melted Butter 1 Tsp of Vanilla 1 Cup of Pecans Bake @350 for 50-55 mins

Coconut Cream, Ghirardelli Chocolate, Lemon Meringue, Key Lime Pie, Pecan, & Banana Pudding
