    Ahhh.... Days Gone By

That is an awesome post man. Seriously cool. Love the back story. With the oil drums, was it cutting them in half lengthwise and elevated somehow, or the oil drum smoker setup (straight up)? Love the post. Thanks!

    Trying a Chuck roast

"Naked fattie." I like it. Is that 14.5" and 22.5? I only have the 18". Generally it's fine, but this weekend for example I'm cooking 7 tri tips and every time I do that (that's how many come in a Costco pack) I wish I had more room. Thanks!

A Little Music With Chuck Eyes

Love it! Especially the 300 disc cd player. That's awesome. I have hundreds and hundreds of CDs just sitting in a box. As much as I like digital music, I do at times miss buying a CD (or tape, or record before that) and looking at the insert, pics, etc. Anyway, thanks for the post!

My first beef ribs and a lesson learned

I've never tried beef ribs, but I do know for tri tip, I've tried at least a dozen different rub combinations and MSS always comes out as everyone's favorite. And not even a ton of it. Just enough to add a little to the already good flavor. Thanks for sharing!
