do you remember what blasting material they used to sandblast your Q200? was it the same company who blasted it, powder coated it too? I just got my Q200 earlier this year and I'm loving it...

I did an estimate and it would cost roughly around $150-180 for parts alone. I am thinking of having the firebox sandblasted though so that might add another $50 at least.

how much did it cost to have the firebox blasted?

I think I might just bite the bullet on this one. The newer versions costs more and have only added the thermometer and others that I think I wouldn't need.

would a Q200 priced @ $110 be a good buy? it is brand new and haven't been used according to the owner. he's claiming its a wedding gift that wasn't put to use.
