There are definitely improvements on the website. I send an email yesterday about ordering and international shipping ( to The Netherlands ) got a reply this morning with the promise that he would fix it. Later today it was fixed and I could order. Cannot wait for the Stoker to arrive

I am trying to order a Stoker and have it shipped to Holland, no luck so far. Has anyone here had the same problem and ( hopefully ) how did he/she solve it. I'll be back on line in 3 weeks (holiday trip ) Thanks, Frank

The recipe is still very popular here in Holland. Mostly the kraut ( with some clove) and beefribs are cooked together and the potatoes seperatly. Then the kraut, potatoes and some gravy or milk are mashed.

in addition to Larry, if you want a larger hole make a circle with the Dremel to the steel and a centerpoint in the middle for your drill. Worked fine with me.

Does anyone know the temperature range of a Weber remote temp gauge ? Mine stops at 199F and 199C (!) thanks
