That's a great looking meal. Had the same issue before with the mold. Gave it a quick scrub to knock some of the buildup off and ran it as hot as I could for a few hours.

Thanks for all the compliments, for my son and the meat. It was still very juicy and tasty, I just wished I had pulled it a little sooner so it was more pink through out.
