If all of them don't lite (Sparks at each tube) then it will be easy. One panel to replace just the central module. If it's just certain ignition points then you have to take apart more parts to access individual spark units.

I'm all about trying to keep mine as new as possible. After 1 -2 years of normal use you'll have so many scratches and stains, you'll not care about these. I don't think it's worth the effort. However tolerance to this stuff varies so it's up to you.

Good to know at materials got a bump with new design. 430 on 300's shouldn't ever rust through but sure won't look as good in 10 years as 305

If it's not structurally bad you can disassemble and repaint. Found a used one recently myself and it was minor enough to ignore.
