I was looking forward to seeing it but I wish they could have spent a little more time on it. What they did show was interesting.

Weber Performer added a Side Burner

Nice looking mod!! I never thought of adding a side burner, when I needed one I just used my freestanding 60k (30/30) btu double burner camp chef stove. It was a little less expensive (~$80) and you get two burners. Of course I bought it primarily for camping but it makes a great addition...

Where to buy a roasting pan ?

Hope this link is right for TVWB credit.... Calphalon Roasting Pan I've had this one for a number of years, Cooks Illustrated named it the winner for less expensive pans even though its still 100+. It has survived the oven the stove and the grill and still comes out clean every time. I'd...

Why do you use the gas assist?

Considering this is a WSM board I should have qualified that I used the baskets for grilling not smoking. I do use the gas assist for lighting the chimney for smoking purposes because it is easier to dump out.

    Wooden Cutting Boards *****

Boos makes two different things for oiling boards, one is a mineral type substance and the other is more of a goopy honey wax type of stuff. Not sure what either of them are but both work really well. I wash mine and hand dry and probably oil every month or so. I cut everything on them except...

    Limoncello (Lemoncello) the Italian way

Correct 4 cups water to 1.5 cups sugar on the SS. I've tried 5:2 but 5 cups was too much water and I'd get a fair amount of ice in the mixture after I put it in the freezer. I also tried 4:2 but felt like that was too much sugar.

    Limoncello (Lemoncello) the Italian way

I've read some of this thread but not all so sorry if this is a repeat of something else here but I've been making limoncello for years and have always followed this standard recipe with great success. Zest 16-18 lemons and let the zest soak in 750ml of 100 proof vodka for 40 days, then add...
