So I checked every place in the UK, Spain, Germany, France and Italy. There were only 2 places that would even ship to North America.(Italy & Germany) It ended up around 196 Euros including shipping. The UK retailers will only ship to the UK and you will have to pay VAT and then have it shipped...

This will clean up really well. Use 0000 steel wool and Palmolive dish soap on the lid and the control panel. Don't worry, it won't scratch it or remove the lettering. It needs a new ignitor. The burners 'might' be ok. The skinny cross-over one tends to possibly break. They are not expensive...

Just found a Genesis Platinum in Red. Paid $75. It will clean up really well. I will swap lids and sell it for $100. with a new ignitor installed. Its a wash...and I got my red Platinum lid.

Nice to see someone having fun with these. Who says' we have to keep it the exact way it came. I am adding some stainless to my Genesis 2000 restoration.
