The whole things free... problem is I have too many project grills and don’t have time or space for another one. Do those grates in any way compare to Dave’s Santana’s?

Will the grates off this Summit fit directly on a 1xxx? This popped up free on Offerup and I’m thinking about paying him 20 bucks for the grates

Here’s my recent gold find. It’s is super good shape! Stainless Flavorizer in good shape, even the igniter is not even corroded. Free from a dude on Craigslist, roommate moved out and left his grill

Bruce that would be awesome. I actually had an 05 platinum that I refurbed and I under appreciated the ss frame. Wish I still had it. On this I pretty much prefer the blue lid and deep firebox (which means keeping that frame), everything else can be modern. I’ll move the stainless handle/end...

I have a buddy who welds take a look... kind of debating it. I like the look of the wood, but also love the easy cleanup of the plastic ones. I’m out in Oregon so we do get a lot of rain (although I’ll have it covered when it in use)

Here’s the Gold I just scored free off craigslist. Has all the parts and is in actually pretty good shape. I’m gonna try to move those brackets over to the deep box grill.

Has anybody put the plastic thermoset tables on the weber 3xxx frames that came with the wooden tables? About to scoop up a genesis gold and would like to use the thermoset tables on a deep firebox grill.

I’ve got a box of parts that included the side table, I just need to sort it all out and see what’s missing. You guys are awesome btw for keeping all these cool old grills alive!

Hey fellas, long time since I posted on here.... I just picked up this grill for free! Couple things I’m looking for and having a little trouble. First is the rocker switch for the side burner, second is the front panel that has rust on it in the picture. I’ll get better picks when I get home.

Bruce, Yeah just the stock square caps. I’d be surprised if HD doesn’t have them, what are they like 1”x1”?

I think it’s good. Best part is it’s actually a functional upgrade. It’s nice being able to just pick up and swing the grill around. That being said, where can we find the square plastic endcaps?

So I’m just finishing up a green hooded genesis 1000 for my mother in law’s birthday and the last thing I need is the catch pan holder, do any of you know of a better price than $17 on amazon?
