Great looking meat you've got there. Looks like you may have done that once or twice  I like how you pre-pick your wood because its too dark and/or your too tired. - I need to start doing that.
A dedicated area will be nice. I can hear the designer now. "you want me to create a functional space for all those bbq's?!" I'm curious, was the ash catcher actually broken or just a stuck sweeper?
too funny. Owner told me the same thing last night. I was going to call back today, but I'm moving soon so decided against it. I even said to myself. I bet Nate will get it. You're going to need a bigger yard if you keep getting all these Weber's.
Great looking pizzas! I use a 1/8" piece of steel to cover the top of my kettlepizza. seems to work pretty good at radiating heat back on top of the pizza. Have fun working it out. its a lot of fun.
honestly, If it bothers you enough to post on here asking about it, I would spend the $100 and get the ones you really want. The stainless ones look nice and function just fine but if you want black get the black. You might even be able to sell the stainless ones to recover some of the cost.
Congrats on the new to you Performer. You will absolutely love it. I got my Performer last year off CL and I still catch myself staring at it in disbelief. I could never figure out why anybody would sell it for $50 and you got yours for $45 thats beyond great.
I got my performer off of Craigslist and the rollers were melted when I got it. I bought new rollers from eReplacements and when I installed them I added an extra washer in between the rollers and the bowl. This seemed to take care of the problem as I have had no issues with the rollers ever...
I like both and I use both consistently. Most proteins are cooked on the Performer while the sides and veggies are usually cooked on the Genesis. I love having both grills going at the same time. It gives me plenty of room and it gives me a chance to have my 10 year old son help with the cook...
That looks good but I just have to ask; Where/how did you come up with that combination? I never would have thought to put that together on a pizza. Great job and a big plus for creativity.
The chicken looks good. As mentioned before I think you have too many coals which will result in a very hot fire and cook the outside of the chicken long before the inside is done. I use the Weber charcoal baskets and I fill both of them about 3/4 of the way with lit coals. I also, barely have...
Thank you everyone for the kind words. That second pizza did come out pretty good. It was the fourth pizza I cooked that night. Pizzas 2 and 3 were eaten by the kids too fast to get a picture but they looked about the same. Jake will eat all the pizza he can get but I threw a couple of rib...
