I echo Bruce's sentiments, Jeff, that is an excellent comparison and I thank you for doing it. I'd still like to have a set of the rcplanebuyer grates someday, but for now these will be a nice upgrade from my worn out Weber stainless grates.

I think its a very good deal. Anything under $75 for something complete in good, working shape is a good deal. I couldn't use that one because it is NG. Like you, I check the sites at least once a day just to see what is out there.

Jeff - yes, purple power, not royal purple. Not sure where my head was right then. I have always used purple power in automotive applications and been very impressed. It did a good job on my Silver A, but nothing quite like what you are showing.
