    Thinking right or wrong ?

Welcome to the forum! How hot did your grill get with two burners lit? I would lean towards using the front and back burners on low and cook it on indirect heat in the middle of the grill temp is a little more than the desired 325 degrees. Having a rotisserie would be great for a cook like this.

Question about Legs for Weber Smokey Joe (Pre-90s)

Welcome to the forum Joey! Looks like you have a missing ash pan that could be obtained for little money from either Weber or a donor grill to put it back to how it was when your dad got it. I know dimensions of WSJ grates have not changed over the years so I presume they have not for the size...

    Cleaning and restoring kettles

Hello - welcome the forum! Nice job on cleaning it so far. #0000 steel wool is great for cleaning the inside and outside of porcelain enamel coatings on Weber grills. I often use WD-40 on just the outside to give it a nice shine and to help protect any porcelain pops or rust spots. Nothing on...

As the song goes, it’s all yellowwww!!!

My guess is re-enameled by IPE. I don’t think Weber made a GA in yellow. I like it!
