    Here's the official response from Weber : The Searwood does not have a replaceable fuse. It has a breaker on the circuit board that can reset itself. Otherwise, if you did have a problem with the circuit board it would be replaced

    Searwood lid catching (does anyone else have this issue)

    Did you install the clevis pin correctly, it must be pushed down all the way into the hole in the bolt. If it is only half way down it will shift too much

    It uses a bolt and a clevis pin. I'm thinking it might not be centered correctly, might be leaning towards one side and that is why the other side is catching ??

    As Bruno stated , pull and clean auger first. You'd be surprised how much wood dust can get in there

    On one of Sambo's place videos he had a similar problem when trying to open the lid from the end of the bar , either right or left end them it would catch. He tightened the nuts on the inside of the hood , and that fixed the issue .

    I actually emailed Weber asking if there's a rebate for us early smokefire guys for purchasing the new Searwood. The ones that suffered through cooks and gave suggestions to Weber for a better pellet grill. Unfortunately it went unanswered!!
