    Weber 8840/Korean BBQ insert

Does anyone own one of these or have tried one of these? They are made for the gourmet BBQ system. I've seen a few people use something similar, but I don't think they were the Weber insert. I found a local hardware store that has one in stock and might pickl one up just because I've never seen...

    Just a butterflied bird.

Ribs were pretty good. Had a few baby backs in the freezer and did them up on the ribolator. Would definitely do them again with the Walkerswood!

    Just a butterflied bird.

My kid loves hockey and I have built a backyard rink the last three winters. Always nice to go for a quick skate or a quick game or two of boot hockey whenever we want. Also wanted to thank you for the heads up on where to find the Walkerswood locally. Picked up some rub and some marinade last...

First time ABts and some cheese.

Good to see Rybiecki has the baked cheese at MOA. Heading out there shortly to waste the day with Jr at Nickelodeon Universe. A stop at Rybiecki is always a requirement as a Packer fan anyways! Enjoy your first day back at work today Mike!

    Warming rack

Make a habit of stopping in at some smaller hardware stores that sell Weber products. I happened into 3 of those 3200 racks last summer at a local Ace Hardware. You just never know what they might have sitting on the shelf or in the back storage areas!

    Corned beef and cabbage.

Nice cook Mike. Picked up one of those exact packages of corned beef last week myself. Cooked it on the Performer today, and sliced it up for sandwiches this week.

Scott, dunno if you are still following this thread, but I know that there is a BBQ class being held at the University of Minnesota on March, 30th this year. Check out the link at the Minnesota BBQ Society website. Not a member myself yet, but looks like a pretty good class.

    Pork Steaks.

Nice looking pork steaks Mike. Funny, I stopped by the butcher on Saturday and picked up a few thick pork steaks and cooked them up yesterday on the performer as well. Jr and I got in some boot hockey on our backyard rink while they were cooking up.
