    Planning to convert to open cabinet, bottom panel is rusty. Can buy or have some parts for 2005 Weber Silver B to trade, including a manifold. Also, will not need the doors or side panels from the platinum.

    I took a quick look and there are parts available. It would seem that vast majority of the parts are SS304 so they would not be likely to rust out. Sideburners are cast iron but it looked like Jade ones are a match and they are available. Here is another similar grill that's also for sale...

    I am rebuilding my Genesis Silver B, but came across DCS grill on Facebook and I am wondering if it is worth getting. The price seems high and the grill is very large but appears to be built like a tank with all the bells and whistles. What do you think...
