Probed like butter at 12:30am. Foiled for two hours and pulled at 3:00 am. Twelve hours to finish a six pound slab of meat. Worth it? HELL YES. Thanks for the chimichuri recipe. Thanks for looking.

    Disrespected 18" Brownie

Saw this on CL Friday "free on the curb" about five miles away. Wheels broken, no grates, triangle rusted through and of course no Ash pan. After a couple hours of work I knew this was going to work out. Back to CL for a donor 18" black. 15 minutes later and $10 poorer got back home with all...

Weber Summit Charcoal Grill / Grilling Center Owners Thread

    Smoke vs 732

Started Monday morning at 4:00 am bought a 16 lb Prime Brisket at Costco on Sunday. Rubbed with a layer of Beef Base then S n P and topped off with Tatonka Seasoning from Owens BBQ. Started up the Summit Grill at 0445 and got the gear out. Right away there was a temp difference the...

    I like new stuff.

I've had a 732 for years and have absolutely no complaints. First, it's Thermoworks. No one has better or more accurate gear then they do. After opening the box the transmitter and receiver are very sturdy and well built. The 732 feels like a toy compared to the New Smoke unit. Programing...
