    I’m liking my lodge carbon steel pans As much if not better than my cast-iron pans. They heat up much faster and are a bit lighter. . Very easy to clean and they season just like a cast iron I’m really impressed with them

    So far my thoughts on this 615 model is that it is awesome!! Did some roast beef. Turkey. And sliced some round for jerky. Worked flawlessly and ezpeezee to clean!! So far i say this model is a winner!!

    Last two slabs of st lois ribs ( from aldi) turned out rubbery. Did pretty much 3 2 1 at 250-275 degrees. Would you say these were undercooked?? Maybe just a batch of bad ribs? Usually my baby backs come out real tender. Am i missing something here? Cooked them on my kettle. Thanks. This is...

    l whenever I cook bone in thighs the skin always gets nice and crispy. But then at the end when I put the sauce on the skin gets real soft I think because it’s steaming from the sauce. Should I be letting the chicken cool a little bit off the grill and then glaze to keep skin crispy? Thanks

    Just purchased a chefs choice 610 with both blades off craigslist. It was new for 30 bux. Hope im gonna like it. Its build qualitsy seems good and appears to be ez to clean. Ive been wanting one for a while now. Im excited😀
