    Killagrilla grates

You'll love them. Very hard to describe their "beefy-ness" over the internet. Once you hold them in your hands, you'll be glad you bought them. Will outlast your kettles and you'll get to pass them down to your kids/grandkids one day.

I hope it lasts a long long time then for you!

    Killagrilla grates

The SnS EasySpin grate isn't bad. I'd say it's a very comparable thickness to a standard Weber grate, but it's made of stainless steel. I have one, but it's been hanging on the side of my Performer ever since I got a KillaGrilla. I honestly think the KillaGrilla will last my entire life and I'm...

    InstantPot

Haha, InstaPot still working....just looks awful now when it sits on the counter!

    Killagrilla grates

The thick SS rods can take the heat from a Vortex no problem....you won't see them wear down like a standard Weber grate.

    Killagrilla grates

They have a website and an Etsy shop. Have you tried ordering from both? Maybe one will allow shipping to Canada? http://killagrilla.com/ https://www.etsy.com/shop/KillaGrilla

First Annual TVWBB Upper Midwest Meet is a GO

Great pictures Mike. It's amazing how a good photographer, such as yourself, can take pictures that make you feel like you were there. Awesome pictures!

    Killagrilla grates

At the time they did not have a no-handles option. So I got handles. I'm glad I did. Much easier to pull the grate out to clean. Here is a previous post that has some pictures of my Hunsaker grate on page 2. https://tvwbb.com/threads/stainless-steel-replacement-grates.80775/

    Killagrilla grates

I am actually using a Hunsaker SS cooking grate designed for a 22" as the charcoal grate on my 26" kettle. Perfect size and it holding up way better than the OEM Weber charcoal grate.

    Killagrilla grates

KillaGrilla grates are beastly. Love mine. I've have a few different brands and it's easily my favorite. I have the SnS EasySpin, Hunsaker and the various Weber ones. Last year they had a Christmas sale, but nothing for Black Friday. https://tvwbb.com/threads/killagrilla-10-off-sale.84640/

Any silver and/or gold collectors out there?

Found a few American Eagle silver dollars in my collection...I have them scattered in different boxes. Trying to find them all. The 1993 proof dollar seems to be selling for $90+ on eBay, I know I did not pay close to that back in 1993. I would have been 9 years old, lol. Also have a 1996...

Any silver and/or gold collectors out there?

That's amazing you found a bag of coins in a closet. To give you a rough estimate, floor value of what your coins are worth go to a site called Coinflation. They have a Silver Melt Calculator. You can plug in # of coins for each type and it will give you a value based on silver/copper value...

Any silver and/or gold collectors out there?

Grandpa's collection was not very organized, which triggered my OCD a little bit, lol. So as I get time, I'm going to take inventory of all his coins and put them in chronological order. Some of those books don't hold the coins in, the Morgans especially seem to fall out often, so I might put...

Anyone have the Crate & Barrel Slate Blue Performer?

Bob, I really doubt the Slate blue Performer is made any differently or in a different factory than the Crimson, Green or other colored kettles. So in terms of durability, I wouldn't worry about that. I love the color. If you do to, then buy yourself one. The newer gen models do sit a little...

Any silver and/or gold collectors out there?

Didn't have time to go through his whole collection, but my grandpa had quite a few Morgan and Peace dollars. I'd say easily 100. Quite a few mercury dimes and tons of wheat and Indian head pennies.

These are a few silver rounds I recently bought. Just basic 1 Oz.

Slow n Sear---explain it to me?

Love mine. It makes the long low and slow cooks very easy/simple....just load up the SnS with charcoal and drop some lit coals on one side....it'll burn "minion method" style for hours and hours. If you've ever had burn through on the sidewall of your kettle, you'll cook with a SnS. $100 isn't...

    Q lid repaint

I have not seen one that is a good match. If you are going through the trouble of painting the lid, I'd suggest to go with a more lively color. Blue is my favorite.
