    Friday was a good day....

I like your cooks Tony, but being from Chicago, this one really caught my eye. You're drinking a brew from Chicago, grilling with Chicago steak seasoning, on a grill made just outside of Chicago. Cheers dude! Were you going for a there there? lol jk Martin

    Before and After

TONY - I have a blue performer (2 yrs) and actually noticed the chipping on the LID from no damage whatsoever, but haven't noticed this on the BOWL yet. I wonder if this just pertains to the blue ones. I actually took pics the other day, and was going to call Weber, but this is even more...

    I copied Clint (Pizza)

Just curious - did the paper plate bring on any funky taste? I remember a loooong time ago when I left the cardboard under the frozen pizza and tossed it in the oven. Never made that mistake again lol.

    Rib roast was on sale

M Crooks, What a small world man! I'm guessing you bought the Genesis from a gentleman named Roland, right? It's the one with the chain to keep the lid on also, right? I was in line for it also, but it sold. Thanks a lot man!! Just kidding. Just had to mention it when I saw the picture you...

Dutch Oven Jambalaya and Wife's Apricot Souffle for dessert

Hey guys, I'm new to this site. I'm Martin from Chicago, as you can probably tell by my username. I've been grilling/smoking for over 8 years, and also have been a member of smokingmeatforums.com for a few years. Anyway, this Jambalaya looks fantastic Cliff! I also own a Performer, and have...
