Bruce, if i can't get a hold of the EXACT Orifices... i will have to bite the bullet and take Dan's advice and purchase a manifold... my fingers are crossed ... I'm waiting to hear back from CLA Grills...

Dan, i also replaced the Igniter with this exact part... note: it has the White Ceramic Spark Box... https://www.grillparts.com/weber/2007_genesis_300.asp?product_id=67847 Not the Metal Spark Box from 2007... so i think this is an indicator that my grill is 2008-2010 ...

Hey Bruce, thanks for the heads up... is it for the E 320 and it must have the Ears on the sides to sit into the slots for support...

Yes Dan, you are correct no cross over support... sits in the frame slots.

CLA Grills has orifices for Weber... https://www.clagrills.com/allgrillparts/weber/weber-all-valves.htm Looks like the 31500 is for the side burner not certain but it looks like the 33200 are for the main 3 burners

ahh shucks the Orifices are around $35.00 and the manifold is $150.00

Pictures above is one of the orifices from the 3 main burners... Weber E 320 Genesis ... Main Burner-> 42,000 BTU ... Side Burner->12,000 BTU

I went to the Weber website and i punched my Serial number into the Schematics and this is what it shows... Genesis E-320 NG Blk (2009-2010) (USA/Canada) 83851001 It added an 8 at the beginning of the Part number... mine is 3851001... does it always add the 8 at the front. Also it says it's...
