    Brats for Bratchos using Weber charcoal

    That is very interesting to me Bob. I would have used a half chimney. I like the minimalist approach. The nachos look fantastic. And the pictures look like they belong in a magazine. I've never seen Weber charcoal in these parts. I'll have to do some investigating.
