18.5 Platinum with foil wrapped baby backs

I've read the reviews, and watched the video at least a dozen times, where Jamie Purviance makes these as foil wrapped ribs on a gas grill in less than 2 hours. He says they need to steam in the pouch... and I keep thinking do I really want to do this? We went up to the cabin the last week...

    Help with vintage Bar-B-Q Kettle

All, In my other hobby I restore John Deere Garden Tractors, and there might be a few parts that are available there that you might be interested in... http://hapcoparts.com/thumbscrewset.aspx for a thumbscrew, and http://hapcoparts.com/5mowerdeckwheelset.aspx for the wheels. I can verify...

Rework Silver B or upgrade to new EP-330

Yeah, that is something to watch. The Silver I had here did not need as much clearance as the EP330 does. I may pick up a grill mat so that it doesn't inadvertently get pushed back. the casters lock it down well. Here is today's question... anyone tried 2 chickens at once on their roto...

Rework Silver B or upgrade to new EP-330

I appreciate all of the responses...here as well as over at "the Source". Tonight I plopped down some serious dough at the local Ace. EP330 in black, rotisserie, Grill Out light, and cover. It will be delivered tomorrow assembled, shined up, with a full tank of LP. I really thought I...

    Mini-WSM Build attempts... EXTREMELY frustrated

That Vasconia pot is the one I have as well. Fits awesome. In fact, the "seal" into the bottom of the SJS is so good, a little soot and it is getting sticky enough that it can be difficult to pull off to add coals. I read on here that the Vasconia pot, while a little more expensive, was...

Rework Silver B or upgrade to new EP-330

Hey guys... I am having some trouble deciding, and while I think I know where this conversation may go (awry) I still am looking for some honest thoughts and suggestions. I have a pretty decent Silver B that has been a go to weeknight grill for almost 10 years. It has the original cast iron...

    Vintage or Antique Weber Resources

This is really a quite interesting thread... and this is my first post as well. I have owned dozens of Weber grills... And until recently... the last two years, I have always let the old one go when I "upgraded". Then I thought it would be cool to keep an extra kettle around. But which...
