Thanks guys! Ran pretty consistently around 360-370 for about 3 hours or so. Hit 167F and then pulled. Was happy to get to that high of a temp on the WSM being so cold here.

Great job on the first run. Mine will be coming in the next day or 2 as well. Ran a bare run to "clean" it out. Love the gas assist feature too!
