I do also. One pain is the E01 error whenever beans don't fall into grinding position quite right. I have to unplug and re-plug it in to clear it.

Makes sense as most thermostatically controlled electric and gas devices (ovens, heaters) use the same principle I would think. They only have on / off. The only exceptions would be devices with variable speed fans, augers, etc.

After Bruce showed off his I bought one and use it for grinding a lot. I even came up with an inexpensive rubber jaw replacement that is on this forum someplace as the OEM is too expensive. It has held up great.

That looks to be flat stock that they are welded to, to keep them in place. Also looking closely they sort of look hollow.

But back on topic. Tom is correct that those side shelves on the new Q don't look too sturdy.

I loved it. The one on my MB is too narrow and would like another 4". I guess enough folks agree, as there are quite a few larger aftermarket kits.

That is probably my favorite Genesis, but I like to be able to move stuff in and out like to a tray without possibility of dripping that you can only do from a front shelf.

I had fold up front shelves on my first Sunbeam and did not realize how much is missed it until I got the Broilmaster with the flip up front also. I am thinking of how to do it on my Napoleon, as when I use the IR side burner I usually use the inside of the grill as a shelf. You can never have...

I really like front shelves. Makes it easy to move food in and out. I keep thinking of making the one on my Masterbuilt larger and maybe adding something like this to my little Char-Griller.
