You just have to look in the right places… I’ve been going to Aruba since 1990 and the BBQ Trucks are your best choice. A few options are Smokehouse BBQ Truck, Piggly ‘N Giggly BarBQ, and Chalo Burger (Sunday Only) Here’s a pic of me with Chalo! I'd stay away from the tourist traps.

Not sure about the pellets at Menards, but Smokey Woods is a small town business out of Crivitz Wisconsin and sponsors quite a few KCBS competition teams.

Thanks Tony! This is a KCBS event now and attracting some attention. Bushmaster BBQ signed up along with three other teams from the US! No worries, I’m taking my “A” game down there!
