Big Z doing it's job today

Sorry I did not get a pick of the pork shoulder. But, suffice to say it was INCREDIBLE! Bone pulled right out and it basically fell apart with my hands. It was like eating pig candy. Same with the beef ribs. Knife literally fell between the bones. They were devoured. I got a small piece of one...

Anyone know where this should be plugged into?

I'd guess there is a box under there for the battery with a likely empty plug/receptacle for it. Unless those grills need line voltage through a cord. IDK as I've never seen one of those models in person

I will just leave this here

So sorry to see this Josh. I fully understand how we can drift apart from them at times. I know I had more than a few with my dad. But, time healed and we grew close again and stayed so until the end for him just over a month ago. Sending sympathies and prayer for you and your healing.

Newbie Genesis E330 natural gas question - regulators.

There is no need for the second regulator UNLESS your household gas pressures there in AU are crazy high. I.E., back when I was working for Delta Airlines in MSP (Minneapolis) I was renting a bedroom from my wife's friend in a suburb of MSP. As partial rent I would help do chores for her...

    Hello from the other Woodstock

We used to live in the "other Woodstock" (Woodstock IL). Lived there during the filming of Groundhog Day. Boy was that fun.

Big Z doing it's job today

Nice slab of beef plate shortribs still in nearing completion, half a bone in pork shoulder just came out and in the cooler resting, marinara simmering away. All for daughter's (youngest) birthday today. 35 Seems like yesterday we brought her home in the infant carrier, and now I've got her 3...

    Heckuva Hail Storm

Me too. As the roof was put on about 5 years ago, thanks to yet another hail storm that literally put holes in it. So it was a full tear off down to the ice/water dams. I don't think State Farm will appreciate it if we have to do another :D But hey it's why I pay them the big $$$$. I have not...

    Heckuva Hail Storm

So, last night while I was cooking up sausage and peppers on my Ninja we got one helluva hail storm. Definitely gonna need my roof checked. It even ripped the cover on my Weber outdoor fireplace. I did not lift the cover off yet to see if the top is damaged. Dented Big Z as well. Glad I didn't...

    Weber cook box exterior cleaning

Degrease it and slap some paint on it. No one will really know the difference

For those of you doing a lot of painting

Sorry, IDK why links don't work. I'll try to figger it out

For those of you doing a lot of painting

I stumbled onto some vids that may be of help to those of you who paint a lot and are addicted to rattle cans. Just a little food for thought As IMO once dialed in even the cheapest $12 HF HVLP gun will do a better job than a rattle can

Help me identify my first Weber

That is a very nicely preserved grill. As noted it's a Genesis 2. For the most part the only real difference was the casters on the left. It's identical to my first Weber we bought brand new back in 92. On mine I cut off a small amount from the left legs and added casters. Boom, I had a 2000 :D
