    I have 2 normal et-732 food probes and 1 et-732 pit probe. Here is my result: The ambient is the internal temp sensor. I have a 12v 1A power supply connected to the HM4 board.

    @Bryan, I have the aoyue 936 soldering station, what whould be a good temperature setting to solder the HM4.0 board ?
