What's this "Season" that you speak of. Our boys can only tell time, and don't know what month it is. Frostie Paws are a year round treat for them. Still one of the best recipes on this site. Thanks again for posting it.

I used High Temp Engine paint and primer from an auto parts store.

Clean with Simple Green and a green Scotch Pad. Then wipe with acetone. Prime and paint.

If you can find a "Slide-a-Side" from Weber, they work great. It also works on a WSM.

Been there, did this. Do a high heat burn. Then wash and rinse with soap and water.

If you can find a Weber Slide-a Side lid holder for the Kettles, with a little tweaking they work great on WSM's. This is one of my 18's. My 22 is set up the same way. When open it is not "Top Heavy" at all. Another nice thing about this Mod is, everything stores inside the smoker when not in...

I've done 2 8# butts with no problem. 9+ hrs @ 265* on one fuel load.
