I picked up a 16 punder. They are whole rib roasts in cryovac bags. I'm going to cut off rib bones and smoke them, then do a roast and cut some steaks.

I still check in and admire all the good looking food. Life is busy with work and two young kids. I also felt like I was running out of vocabulary for complementing peoples cooks. I can only say "good looking _____" so many times? I'd like to post again and be more active.:)

Check out the Green Giant Arborvitae. They grow up to 3 ft per year and best of all don't lose any leaves in the winter. I have the emerald green variety on my back fence and they are doing quite well. The only maintenance issue is having to tie them up for the winter so the snow doesn't bend...

Nice looking pizza and blueberry pie. I make the kids pizzas on naan bread I buy at Costco. It's a quick and tasty meal. I saw Enrico posted something on FB in the last 24hrs. I'm guessing he's just busy barbecuing.
