Great looking meal JB and very creative! All you need to complete is this. They carry it in the refrigerated isle at meat markets around me. You need to warm it like they do in NY and DO NOT serve cold. Makes steaks taste out of this world!

I cleaned and replaced charcoal & cooking grate.

IMO I always SOAK with Oven Cleaner for at least and hour and then with lots of water and brillo, it will come out like new Before After

Hi & Welcome I suggest spray oven cleaner on inside and out follow directions, then clean with brillo pads, replace the cooking grate and it will be like new. Hope this helps.
