IMO, not a good idea and wouldn't do it. I have a med. vortex ( and a KP)and I know I can't get it far enough back out from under the pizza stone. You'd overheat your stone and burn crusts. But, of course, I've never tried it. Give it a tray and let us know he results.:cool:

Pounder out pork loin chops, seasoned with sea salt and black pepper. Grilled up on the GGs and put on a Hawaiian King Burger bun with mayo and bread and butter pickels. I had a second because it was so good.

This is my Ultimate Island Hangover Burger. Hot and spicy pineapple chutney that I blended down with the boat motor. The rest of the burger contents are SPAM, 1/2 lb ground beef burger, kimchi, Colby jack cheese, and egg all on a King Hawiaan burger bun. Some love it, many hate it. 8)...

I use my Weber wok as a fryer sometimes. but I do like those big ol plow disks since they'd make a better fryer.
