I got lucky because the fellow was already advertising them for the 22". So he already had his process down and then adjusted to a different dimension. Because they don't collapse the box is big and probably prohibitively expensive to ship to the US. I do enjoy cooking on the JJ, rotisserie...

Looks really good. Real paella isn't something I've tried. Did a mock paella some years ago with orzo pasta instead of rice that was tasty and quick. No sub for the real thing however.

You're welcome ! We've done a number of her recipes with fine results. We often use her recipe for homemade garam masala and the spiced basmati rice dish that includes it.
